Your dog climbs into your lap at red lights, paces the back seat, or wedges into a footwell and whines the whole way. From down there, they can't see out. For many small dogs that blindness is precisely what makes car travel feel unbearable — and what makes you avoid taking them at all.
How it works
Elevation, then containment, then a tether

Straps to the headrest
Two adjustable straps loop the headrest and buckle beneath the seat, so the base cannot slide during braking.

Bolsters on four sides
Raised walls stop the scrambling and slipping, and lift your dog to window level so they can see the road.

Clips to the harness
A short tether attaches to your dog's harness — never a collar — to limit movement without restricting comfort.

Sizing
Will it fit your dog?
Suited to dogs of roughly 8–25 lbs with a body length under about 18 in. A dog at the upper limit will fill the base; a 10 lb dog has room to curl. Out of the vehicle it serves as a floor bed — same cushion, same washable cover.

Before you decide
Does a booster genuinely help an anxious dog?
Frequently, though not because of the padding. Elevation is the active ingredient. A dog able to see through the window rather than a seat back has visual context for the motion, which reduces the disorientation behind much travel anxiety. It will not resolve every case.
My dog is 27 lbs. Can I stretch the limit?
No. The base sags, the bolsters lose shape, and the tether geometry stops working as intended. Above 25 lbs, choose a larger seat.
Can the cover be washed?
The cover unzips fully and the fill lifts out. The plush inner pad removes separately.
Will it fit a small car?
It requires a full seat position, roughly 23 inches across. In a compact or two-door, measure the bench before ordering.
