Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this store and any purchase you make from Savendo, a trading name of ProfitEdge LLC, a single member limited liability company registered in the United States with its business address at 5030 Midlothian Turnpike, Crestwood, Illinois 60418, United States. By placing an order you accept these terms. Nothing here limits any statutory right you have as a consumer under the law of your own country.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment method you use belongs to you and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

Products, descriptions and availability

We sell general merchandise sourced from third party suppliers and shipped from a network of warehouses. Images and descriptions are provided for guidance and colours may vary between screens. Availability can change without notice. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error, limit order quantities, or decline or cancel an order. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Prices, currency and payment

Prices are set in United States dollars. If your local currency is shown at checkout, the conversion is handled by our payment provider at the rate in effect when the transaction is processed. Payment is taken when you place your order. We do not see or store your full card details.

Taxes, duties and import charges

Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where we are required to collect it. On international orders, customs duty, import tax and carrier brokerage or handling fees may be charged by the destination country. Unless the checkout states otherwise these amounts are not included in what you pay us and are the responsibility of the recipient. Our Shipping Policy explains this further.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery estimates, shipping costs and the destinations we serve are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your right to cancel an order before it is dispatched and to return an item after delivery is set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Both documents form part of these terms.

Your account

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your sign in details secure and for activity that takes place under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this store for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any account that is not yours, not to interfere with its normal operation, and not to copy, scrape or republish our content without permission. We may suspend or refuse service where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

Intellectual property

The Savendo name, our store design, and the text and images we create remain the property of ProfitEdge LLC or its licensors. Product images and copy supplied by manufacturers and suppliers remain theirs and are used with permission.

Third party services and links

This store relies on third parties for payment processing, hosting, fulfilment, shipping and analytics, and may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

Limitation of liability

We provide this store and our products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction, except where the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
