Product Description

15 BAGS · 5 SIZES · ELECTRIC PUMP

A duvet, an entire shelf - or a slab under the bed

Fifteen bags in five sizes with a mains pump that flattens a full bedding set in about two minutes.

Air out, zip closed, stack flat.
Clear plastic, so you can see what is inside without opening anything.

Grey bedding pressed flat beneath clear film, valve centred
The July closet

Everything bulky arrives at once

A duvet takes a whole shelf. Winter coats eat the closet you needed for summer clothes. Spare pillows end up on top of the wardrobe where nobody can reach them.

And the guest bedding lives in a bin bag under the stairs, collecting dust and a faint smell you only notice the moment a guest arrives.

Three steps

Fill it, close it, draw the air out

STEP 01

Fold and load

Lay items flat and layer them. Keep the pile below the zip line so the seal closes on plastic, not fabric.

STEP 02

Zip and clip

Run the double zipper closed, then slide the clip along the track to lock both rows together.

STEP 03

Hold the pump

Sit the pump on the valve until the bag stops shrinking. A household vacuum hose works too.

Three of each size. When you are between two, size up — a half-full bag seals better than a stuffed one.

Worth knowing first

Where vacuum storage has limits

Most disappointment with these bags comes from using them for the wrong thing or for too long. Five things to know before you seal anything.

  • Down and feather Fine for a season, not for a year. Loft suffers under long compression, and a down duvet wants a full day to recover before it goes back on a bed.
  • 11 lb per bag Overfilling is the usual reason a seal gives out. Weight matters more than bulk here.
  • Mains pump only Two-prong plug, no battery. Not the thing to pack for a hotel room, though a vacuum hose fits the same valve.
  • Not for food These are storage bags. Food sealing needs a different bag and a different machine.
  • Some air returns A little re-inflation over several months is normal for every bag of this type. Run the pump again and it flattens straight back.

Before you ask

Questions we get

Can I store a down comforter in these?
For a season, yes. For a year, no. Down recovers from a few months of compression but loses loft permanently if it stays flat too long. Unpack it a full day before you need it and shake it out.
What is the best way to pack clothes in vacuum bags?
Fold flat and layer rather than bunching, keep the pile below the zip line, and leave a couple of inches clear at the top so the seal closes on plastic rather than fabric. Bulky items alone, small items together.
Do I have to use the included pump?
No. The valve accepts a household vacuum cleaner hose, which many people find faster on the Jumbo bags. The included pump matters most when you are storing somewhere without a vacuum handy.
What size do I need for a king comforter?
Jumbo, at 39.4 by 27.6 inches. A king set will fill one completely, so use two if you are storing the duvet and the pillows together.
