Savendo is an online store built around one idea: finding genuinely useful products and making them easy to discover, trust, and buy - without the overwhelm of a mega-marketplace.
Our Story
We started Savendo because online shopping had gotten complicated. Too many choices, too many unreliable listings, and too little clarity about what you were actually getting. We wanted to build something better.
Today Savendo carries a growing range of everyday products - practical items that solve real problems at prices that make sense. Every product is researched and written up by us before it goes live, with the specifications stated plainly and the limitations included.
Our business model
We don't run a warehouse of our own. Savendo works with US-based suppliers and fulfilment partners who stock the products we list and dispatch your order directly. Everything we sell ships from within the United States to United States addresses — nothing is sent from abroad, so no order crosses a border and no customs charge can arise.
What we do handle is everything else: we choose what to list, research and write every product page ourselves, and deal with customer service, returns and refunds directly. If something goes wrong with your order, you deal with us, not with a supplier.
Shipping is free on every order, with tracking. Orders are dispatched in 1–3 business days and typically arrive 3–6 business days after that, so most orders land within 4–9 business days of being placed. We dispatch on business days only. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Our Customer Promise
If a product does not match its description, arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we replace it or refund you in full and we cover the cost of putting it right.
