Shipping Rates

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional shipping charges may apply for AK and HI). We do not currently ship to US territories or internationally.

PO Box delivery is available for standard flat-rate shipping orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after your shipping confirmation email is sent. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting My Orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@savendo.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

For damaged packages, please include photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, ship a replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@savendo.com — we can update it if your order has not yet shipped.
