We want you to be completely satisfied. If you're not happy with your purchase, we make returns simple and straightforward.

30-Day Returns

Full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Eligible for Return

  • Items in their original, unused condition
  • Products in original packaging with all accessories included
  • Items received within the last 30 days
  • Tools, measuring equipment, and organization products in resalable condition
  • Pet products that are unopened and unused

Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery date
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or wear
  • Items with missing parts, accessories, or original packaging
  • Opened consumable products (food items, treats)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Final-sale or clearly marked non-returnable items

How to Start a Return

    Contact Us

    Email support@savendo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Pack Your Item

    Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  3. 3

    Ship It Back

    Ship the package to the address provided in your RMA confirmation. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or we made an error.

  4. 4

    Receive Your Refund

    Once we receive and inspect your return (1–3 business days), we'll process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@savendo.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
